The Dallas Cowboys are an American football team playing in the eastern division. They are members of the National Football League commonly known as NFL. The Cowboys are based in Texas at the Valley Ranch. They offer few opportunities for individuals to join them on internship basis. This is how Caitlin Crawford Dallas internship happened.

Cowboys began playing in 1960 as an expansion experiment to fill the gap of missing Southern division teams. Those who started it wanted to offer an opportunity to new players and fill the gap. From the experimental phase, it has expanded to mint millions and win fans across the country and beyond. This has seen it win numerous Super Bowl games over the eyes.

Forbes magazine ranked the Cowboys at position two among the richest NFL clubs. This ranking is for those participating in the American League. The list of wealthy clubs is topped by the New York Yankees. They have an estimated accumulated wealth of two billion dollars which ranks them fifth among other sporting outfits in the world. Their seasonal collection from the game, endorsements and other sources of revenue is 200 million dollars.

Cowboys have a distinct uniform that makes them standout. In the sporting circles, it is referred to as Stars and Stripes Jersey. The wording is done in white over navy road and pinstripes. There are white and grey strips on the arms and a characteristic V shaped collar. The pants are made of metallic silver which is a dominant color for both home and away games. An off-the-shoulder fitting identifies the cheer leaders.

The opportunity for Catlin Crawford to become an intern came after she completed her broadcasting and electronic media studies at University of Oklahoma. The radio department runs under KRLD-FMA. The station went on air in 2010 and specializes in the sport and Cowboys in specific. The most prominent voice for the team is Laufenberg Babe who once played as a quarter back for the team. He works with Sham Brad to form a team giving the lowdown for every game by the minute. In partnership with Compass Media, they have created Team Radio Network that enables them to reach out to the entire nation and beyond.

The team stands out in a white home jersey that is accentuated with royal blue socks. A unique number identifies each player and is placed at the back of their jerseys. Their signature colors are blue and metallic silver.

Graduates like Catlin have an opportunity to gain experience and test their skills through internship. They have a feel of the work environment upon graduating. Successful applicants for these positions require a lot of enthusiasm because they become the voice of this team and supporting community.
